User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Luvara, you agree to this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License and Use Scope

Luvara grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

You may upload your own or authorized images for generation.
You may manage generated content stored in your app/device environment.
You may not use the app for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have legal rights to uploaded content. You must not upload illegal, infringing, abusive, or offensive content.

4. Privacy and Facial Data Statement

We do not collect facial information. We do not collect facial features. The app is designed to avoid collecting face-recognition templates, facial landmarks, or biometric facial identifiers from users.

We do not share user information with third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the app itself (including software, branding, and design) belong to Luvara or its licensors. You retain rights to content you lawfully provide, subject to applicable law and this agreement.

6. Service Disclaimer and Liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luvara is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from app use, interruption, or technical limitations.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update this User Agreement when necessary. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
